Gantt chart generated from report - group not showing when printed

When I print or pdf, the groups disappear and only the rows are shown. Hi,

I need to print a Gantt chart that was produced from a report. The report is grouped (see the group "Corporate" in the example below).

When I print, the groups disappear and only the rows are shown.

Without the groups, the reports don't make any sense. Is there a setting I have overlooked to get the groups to print? Or does Smartsheet not support this?
