Column Freezing

Hi, We are having an issue and I cannot find the root cause and how to stop it. We have a sheet that has multiple columns and multiple people working in it. None of us are freezing columns however as we input information into the sheet it randomly freezes one column over and over again. Looking at the activity log it names different users each time so I'm thinking when were all in it and one person saves that it freezes that column for some reason. Is there a way to stop that column from freezing?
