In the Calendar App - How to Show % Completed in same format  - 75% vs .75? We purchased the Calendar app specifically for the Sr Executives and presentation is key.

In the Calendar App - Is there a way to control the Details page to not slide out? Or to not show Open Row option for non-licensed users? The Execs get an error message when they click on Open Row.

In the Calendar App, is there a way to show text in a larger text box, our Latest Status Update typically is a couple of sentences for the Execs to read but the Details page only shows a single line box without any scroll or expansion options. If the detail page can't be hidden, then would need to set this box larger to show correctly.

Thank you.

    Hi @Patti Switts,

Regarding the formatting of both percentages in the details pane and each calendar task object there aren't additional formatting options to the ones you show in your captures that would allow separting each component in a different line, When you have a moment, please let our Product team know about your feedback by filling in this form, here. Thank you!

Note that each Calendar tile size will adjust based on the view that you apply to the Calendar (day, week, month, etc.) and the number and size of components (selected fields in the configuration). You can adjust the tile formatting under "Time & Design" from the configuration Wizard but this doesn't include options to how the test within displays.

When it comes to the Details pane, it is also not possible to completely hide it even for viewer as this offers a summarised view of what each task object component represents (field name and value). However, when sharing or publishing your Calendar to make it accessible for other users (See "share or publish the calendar" here), the editable options in the pane "Cancel" and "Update" will disappear as shared users would only have viewer access unless they also have Editor permissions in the source sheet. The "Open Row" button will remain however, you may also want to raise an Enhancement request for this using the Form above.

I hope this can be of help.

    Cheers!
