Suggested Action pop up

Is anyone else getting these when setting a date the first time you are in a worksheet? It's an extra annoying step and I would like to get rid of it. Anyone know how?

If you don't want to see these pop-up suggestions, you can turn these off in your Personal Settings by un-checking the "Show Suggested Actions" box under Communication Preferences:
