Why is my Basic Automation Not Working

I set up a basic automation to move rows to a new sheet when a cell in the resolved column is checked, but the automation isn't working. Below is a screen shot of what I have set up:

Are there any special requirements for the sheet I am trying to move the rows too? Is there a setting I need to adjust? I am not the owner of this sheet, but I am an admin.
