Drop Down Box Issues

I have a report where I need people to go in and select their name from a drop down box to clear it from the report but currently when they go to the smartsheet they can't get a drop down arrow to show up when they select the box. I have them set and editor - cannot share.

Did you make sure their edit access in the source sheet of the report is also set to 'editor'? You may also have this issue if their name in the cell is the result of a formula or if the original sheet's column is locked.
