Metrics: Using the metrics template and metadata
I have the following setup:
- An Individual Project (Individual)
- A Dashboard Rolling Up Projects Assigned to an Individual (Program)
- A Dashboard Rolling Up All Projects (Portfolio)
- Each of the Individual, Program, and Portfolio has a metadata report and a metrics report
Problem: I have to manually link the portfolio, program, and individual projects together in metadata to get the Metrics feature to calculate unique aspects for program and portfolio level rollups. If the metadata does not have data linked from portfolio in the program metadata, the metrics (project count, RYG, active, pending) won't populate.
Success Criteria: Eliminate the manual linking of metadata so that if key criteria like project manager exists it automatically populates in the appropriate persons metadata file and produces the outputs I'm looking for in the metrics file that then populates the dashboard.

Hi @Eddie JR
I hope you're well and safe!
A solution that would be perfect for this use case is the premium add-on, Control Center.
Is that an option?

I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!
