How to stop an automatic export
Hello SS Team!
I have successfully been able to automate a Smartsheet via email and set up a scheduled delivery. What I am wondering now is, how can I stop this?
My manager does not want these exports anymore as I will be the one saving them to the shared drive. She has them currently on a monthly basis.
How do I stop this? I went to the sheet to see if I can see the delivery set up, but they are all blank and I cannot stop it.
Please let me know!

Hi @Maria M.
I hope you're well and safe!
If you go here and look on the right side you'll see the active ones and you can delete them.
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

HI Andree, thank you for responding!
When I go to this, the recurrence is grayed out and will not allow me to delete it.
There is also an instance where we are still receiving the export, but it does not show up on a recurring set up as mentioned above.

I too have same issue. How can I stop sending a sheet to someone I no longer want to have receive an attachement?

Hi. Did you all find the resolution? The above process worked for me. Under 'Sent to' i get a drop down with a delete option. In my case at least the attachment name corresponded with the Sheet name to tell me which sheet was sending the automation.

Are you the owner of or a licensed Admin on the sheet? Are you sure
