I am not sure if I created the simplest workflow. We have seven sales rep and I want each sales rep to be notified individually when we have an install date for one of their customers.

I created seven different work flows with a condition on each. If it's not this specific sales rep send it to me.

Is this the best process or should I create another rule?

Hi La Toya,

Instead of using "Send to a specific people", you can select "Send to contacts in a cell" then add "Sales Rep" field to the under box . This helps your workflow look simpler.

If you have a specific column for the responsible sales rep in the sheet, you can use that instead in one workflow by using the Send to contacts in a cell setting instead.
