Credit Card Receipts and Alloction

I'd like to use Smartsheet to collect receipts and info about the expenses (Category, person, etc.). I'd like each image of receipt(s) to be a child row, and when the statement comes in, to be able to make sure that the children submitted throughout the month agree with the credit card total.

Have any of use created such an application? Other than going into the Smartsheet and making the receipt rows children, is there any other way to tie that together? To make this available to multiple people, would I need to create a separate sheet for each card-holder? And then when it is reconciled by the card holder move it to a shared sheet for manager approval and Accounting?
