Anyone else failing to add members to groups today?

I am going into the group management section, adding the member, and getting a message saying 1 group member was added successfully. Then nothing happens and the person does not show up in the list. I tried refreshing, re-adding, and waiting over 30 minutes.

Anyone else experiencing this? Trying to figure out if it is just me or there might be some sort of delay today?
