Smartsheet Users Access

Hello. I’m looking for the most cost-effective way to utilize Smartsheet for the following:


1 user needs to create workspace (Workspace A) and sheets

3 users need to be able to update sheets in Workspace A and create automations

2 users need to be able to update sheets in Workspace A to add rows and comments

Various other folks need to be able to view workspace and sheets.


Currently I have a Pro license, and I’m being told by Smartsheet Support that anyone else that wants to edit or update the sheet in Workspace A needs a Pro license, as well. This seems contradictory to what I’m reading online but oh well.


Smartsheet Support recommends upgrading toe a business license and then I can have as many free collaborators as I want in Workspace A and for sheets. Does this mean that I can upgrade my Pro license to a Business license to achieve what I need above?
