Open a Hyperlink In Excel App

I have a sheet with a SharePoint link to an Excel file in a cell. When I click on that link, it opens by default in the Excel online app. Is there a way to change the default so that it opens in Excel's desktop version?

You may want to turn on this feature in your Microsoft 365 account.
