We need evidence of implementation for legal and auditing purposes. So, we need to track delivery and read receipts on email notifications. We rely on Microsoft 365 Outlook for email. Can Smartsheet work with Outlook to provide these features? If so, how could it be set up? If not, how could we set up an email framework that can do it?
