How to track delivery and read receipts when Smartsheet generates automated email notifications?

We need evidence of implementation for legal and auditing purposes. So, we need to track delivery and read receipts on email notifications. We rely on Microsoft 365 Outlook for email. Can Smartsheet work with Outlook to provide these features? If so, how could it be set up? If not, how could we set up an email framework that can do it?

Hi it is not possible. In fact users can opt out of automated notification from SS.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

It might be possible to develop something with a 3rd-party integration like Zapier or similar.
