Survey Populating Rows with Data

Hi! I am trying to create a survey that will be sent to external customers.

1. Customer's name, email & project data is populated into Smartsheet.
2. Automated trigger generates email. For example when box is checked an email will be generated & sent to contact in a cell.
3. The automated email containing the Survey is emailed to customer (email address is contained in the initial data populated)

Customer will receive either the survey embedded in the email body or a link to the survey to fill out. They will not have access to the sheet or data.

When customer completes the survey, their answers will populate the same line with their email address & project data (similar to a request update). I know this is possible but I am not seeing how to do it.

format the SS accordingly to suit your data type and needs.

Create forms and set it appropriately.

Customers can select 'send me a copy of my response' to get a copy of what they entered in the form.

Another option.

Using the URL-Query feature, you could use an Automated Alert Workflow and include a link to the form pre-filled.
