Workflow conditions
Hello,
I am trying to run a workflow to highlight contracts that are due to end in the next 365 days, along with those that have already expired, and to appear on the same notification, rather than separate emails.
However, as far as I can see, there's no way to do this. The image below is just an example of what I'm trying to achieve but with the secondary conditions looping back into the one notification email.
I've probably not explained that very well, but I hope you can see what I mean. Any help gratefully appreciated.

My suggestion would be to insert a contact type column that would house the recipient of the notification. Then you can remove the name portion from the condition and put both in the next 365 days or in the past in the same condition box (click on "and" to change it to "or").

Unfortunately there are a number of different stakeholders and the sheet is already close to its max size.

Are you able to convert the [Customer Name] column into maybe a [Customer Contact] kind of thing?
