Unable to publish sheet

I am a fairly new user, so this may be an easy solve! Someone on my team added me as an editor with sharing permissions to his sheet. But neither he nor are able to publish it. (The publish page comes up but the options to share are grayed out.)

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I'm an admin. ha!

Everything looks good to me, but there is a a yellow sign next to Publishing settings. But when I go in, there doesn't;t seem to be anything to correct.
