Do we have a Pivot option in resource management tool today? Currently the columns in reporting are fixed to hours planned. They is no way to create a two way table to a different column or time series table i.e allocation over each month instead of a summarized final report.

No, there currently isn't a way to pivot a report like this in Resource Management. Please let the Product Team know of your feature request by filling in this form, here!
In the meantime, you could export the data to then configure it the way you'd like.
