Collaborators unable to collaborate
We have the Pro version of smartsheet with 2 licensed users. We have 10 collaborators where some can edit their sheet while others cannot. We upgraded after creating the sheets that are currently being used. When checking the shared access, the user is listed as a collaborated with edit access but they are unable to edit. Can anyone offer some suggestions?

I hope you're well and safe!
This is probably the reason for it not working.
Sheets owned by Pro Plan users can only be edited by licensed users within that account.
