Form Not Accessible

Hi everyone -

We have a form that has been in circulation for about 2 months that has randomly stopped allowing access to unlicensed users. I don't see anything where it is restricted. Has anyone else encountered this and resolved the issue? Thanks!

    Hi @courtney.gonzales

I hope you're well and safe!

What happens when they try to access the form? Do they get an error message?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

I am having the same issue.

Here's a screenshot from what one of my volunteers sent me:

  • Hi @Diane Z

That message is unrelated to Smartsheet; it looks like the user has Mimecast protecting their emails. If they're using a new device (e.g. a phone) to access their emails, clicking on any link will get this pop-up to ask them to enroll the device for security reasons. Once the device (phone, iPad, etc) has been enrolled, they should be able to click on any link, including Smartsheet forms.
