Hi @Asan Mollov
I hope you're well and safe!
You can probably do it with the Smartsheet Premium App, Data Shuttle, or the Smartsheet API.
More info:
Would any of those options work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

There is a Smartsheet connector for Amazon AppFlow https://docs.aws.amazon.com/appflow/latest/userguide/connectors-smartsheet.html that can make your Smartsheet data available to Quicksight through S3 or Redshift. The AppFlow connector also supports a number of other data destinations.

To my understanding, Quicksight doesn't currently support reading an ODBC data source, so the Smartsheet Live Data Connector won't work.
The method most Quicksight users adopt is getting Smartsheet data into another repository like S3 or Redshift. This can be done via the Smartsheet API, but a non-technical user can now also use AppFlow to move the data out of Smartsheet to a data source that Quicksight can read (such as S3).
It would be great to see Quicksight ultimately able to be embedded in a Smartsheet dashboard via the Web Content Widget. User demand for these integrations will help them get prioritized by the respective product teams.
