work app & dynamic view edit rights issues

Hi,

I have created a dynamic view which is shared with 2 user groups T1 and LOD both have editor rights in the dynamic view.

And I have created a work app including a form open for everyone (editor rights).

The dynamic view is shared with LOD & T1 and has edit rights for some parts.

But in the app I'm not able to select EDIT for the LOD role below. I'm only able to select Viewer or Hidden.

How could I fix it?

In Workapps the Dynamic View URL will have "Viewer" permissions, but if the user has been shared to the View then when they access that page they will have the permissions you have given them.

The Editor permissions is specific to when you add a Smartsheet Item to the Workapp, versus a Web Content Page.

When you add a Dynamic View page to a Workapp using the Web Content Page:

• Workapps will allow them to View that URL
• Dynamic View will allow them to Edit content within that View (based on your DV Settings)
