SmartSheet Form Display Message

Hi:

The project I am working on takes in training requests from the public- we use a SmartSheet form to do this. We are currently at capacity for the fiscal year and aren't able to take any new requests until July. Is there a way to have SmartSheet display a message that says something to this effect, rather than disable the form and have it look as though the form is no longer available?
