Contact List

Good Day community!
I'm not sure if there is a solution, but I use project tools to help my consulting business manage multiple clients. In this case, I have client specific workspaces to allow/restrict guest access.
That said, when I'm trying to send a row update request it populates contacts based on my full contact list. So the issue is that there is an opportunity to share information from one client to another client if a similar, but wrong, contact is entered. This obviously poses a significant confidentiality risk as many of my clients are competing companies.
Is there a way to build a workspace specific contact list to prevent this from happening?

Hi @Kris V. Le
If you're using a contact Column in your sheet to send the request to (such as from an automated Update Request) then you can restrict this column to specific values: Control data entry and allow only specific values in a column
However if you're manually sending a row directly to someone, then in this instance all of your contacts will appear, as they are all the possible options that you, specifically, could send the row to. Keep in mind that anyone accessing this sheet will only see their contacts when the do this, meaning that they can't peek into your personal contact list to view additional emails.
Please also provide your feedback on sending row information to the Product team by using this form, here!
Thanks,
Genevieve
