Is there a way to change text associated with the RYG balls?

Afternoon,

Wondered if this has been worked on yet...

I believe having the traffic lights / RYG balls and been able to edit the associated text would be an invaluable thing for many...

Often I have many users using:-

Green as a positive/ yes

Amber - In progress

Red as a negative / no

However upper management and directors with the amber saying hold, but likes the visual of them....

Smartsheet it would be much appreciated if you can add this feature

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

You can use other symbols by using UNICHAR, CHAR, or Emojis.
