Hi

I am new to smartsheet. Per the instruction, this template set also includes the intake form & intake sheet. But I could get the intake sheet but not the form. Is there another source where I could get the form or can i create the form from the intake sheet?

When you open the Project Intake Sheet, in the upper left-ish corner you should see File, Automation, Forms. Click on Forms. If a template form is not available, you can build one yourself based on the columns you have in the intake sheet. Hope that helps.
