CSV Export Error

in Smartsheet Basics

Pulling a large data set from the Resource Management Analytics tab, but when in excel I get a time out data error in my sheet and no data (see below). Any thoughts on how to correct?

    Hi @Mark_SteinICF

    This error can appear when your report is too large and takes the server longer than the timeout to produce the CSV. There are a couple of potential solutions:

    1. Click "Request underlying data" instead of Export -> Underlying data as CSV. This option can generate large CSV files.
    2. Use filters to reduce the size of the data set and use the Export option again.
