I have 500 Users who access Smartsheet on a daily basis. Depending on their 'role' they can access specific dashboards which have been built. I have created a top level portal for all Users as the entry point: they click on an icon which then takes them on their User journey (ie access to the relevant dashboard)

Is there a way that the url for this Portal can be set up as the default page for all Users when they log in to Smartsheet? I'm on an Enterprise plan and thought of the option of adding the url to a custom Help Screen via the left hand nav pane. Are there any other options I have missed?

If you are a System Admin on an Enterprise plan, adding the URL as a Custom Help screen is exactly what I would have suggested!

You could also set this as a default Welcome Screen for all new users, too, and then advise them to bookmark this link for easy access in the future.
