Create a report from two sheets but some of the data is the same
I have two sheets that I want to merge into a report but some of the rows are in both sheets as they are either Phase 1 only, Phase 2 only or Both Phases. When they are in both Phases they are in both sheets for many reasons that I will not go into.
Do I need to create 1 further sheet which only has the countries that are in both phases detailed once or is there a way i can bring these into a report from the two sheets?
Thanks
Katrina

Thank you Genevieve, this looks a good solution so I am off to try it out.

HiΒ @Katrina Walker
You can set a Filter on your Report to Filter out any rows that say "Both Phases"Β andΒ that are in Sheet 1. This will keep only the rows from Sheet 2 visible in the Report.
You'll need to set it up with two Filter Groups, one for Sheet 1 and one for Sheet 2, with different conditions in each, like so:
See:Β Use Filters on Reports
Keep in mind if you're making any edits to those rows, the edits will then only appear in Sheet 2 (the rows showing) and you'll need to open up Sheet 1 to adjust any details there as well.
Cheers,
Genevieve
