Smartsheet Jira Connector: Invalid response from JIRA. statusCode: 500, reasonPhrase: Internal serve

I've seen this 500 error code before for three possible reasons:
- A Duplicate key error
- The Session has expired
- Calculated Jira fields are mapped bidirectionally
If it's a Duplicate key error, here's the JIRA documentation on this.
I would also try mapping fields one at a time to confirm if a single field is causing issues, and check to see if any fields are calculated fields in Jira.
If none of this has helped, I would recommend troubleshooting this directly with Smartsheet Support as you'll be able to provide them with a Work Execution file which will help identify the root cause of this specific error.
Cheers,
Genevieve
