Reporting by contact
Hi, why does my report keep duplicating the contact? The only way I can fix it is if I delete the contact, save and re-add them and then save again.

Check if the contact is part of your AD (active directory) and also explicitly added to the list of contacts (which typically do not have email associated with it) in the column property. If you do see the contacts added to the list in the column properties then remove those.

How do I find the active directory?
There is nothing the column properties. Do I need to add them here?
