Dashboard - Roll Forward

Hey there!

I have a dashboard that monitors the status of tasks for Financial Quarterly reporting.

To start a new Quarter, I have to manually change the reference sheet from Q1 to Q2 for all the formulas in the sheet as I have to set up a new plan to reference. Is there an easier way of doing this? Would it be just to use the original sheet and change the name?
