Dashboard widget that allows text to be copied.

Hello, We are building some documentation using the Dashboard. I would like to know if there is a way to make it so we can highlight/select text. We are providing long codes, syntaxes, and formulas that the consumer can use.

Currently, consumers can only view and not highlight the text.

Hi @heyjay

The Metric Widget won't allow you to select text as you're describing (unless you're a Shared Collaborator with Admin access to the Dashboard so you can Edit the widget).

However if you have your documentation in a Sheet, then you can Publish the sheet as Read-Only HTML and embed it in the Dashboard with the Web Content Widget. The text in the cells of the sheet will be able to be copied by viewers of the Dashboard.
