One of my team mate unable to login the smartsheet in her ipad she has tried with company account and Microsoft both didn't work please tell us solution to login in the ipad of smartsheet
Logging in to Smartsheet from an iPod or mobile device would use the same login that this teammate would use to log in from a computer.
Is it possible that they have forgotten their password? If so, they can re-set their password either from that screen or from the button on this Help Article: Change and Reset Your Password
If this hasn't helped, you may want to ask them to reach out to Smartsheet Support with a screen capture of the error they are receiving.
