Count Unique Values

Hi there, hope someone can help me with the following request. I have a sheet to track delinquent items. An item can be entered in the sheet multiples times for each day it is delinquent. I need to create a rollup sheet that will summarize the data as follows: First by item, then by year, then by month, and then by name. The counts should be done until the item is cleared. The image below shows the columns in the file.

Try looking at the reports function with Grouping enabled.

1. Group by Item Code
2. Count the number of unique "Date"
3. Filter only for items marked as "Delinquent"
4. You can also group/Count on Year and month but it might get a bit busy
