Smartsheet for outlook add-in: show more than one column?

There is an old question from 2017 asking if there is a way to show more than one column when using the outlook add-in. Surely by now there is a solution to this? How can this be done? It's difficult to add emails to existing rows when only the primary column is shown in the outlook add-in.
