Create individual task lists and a form to request a task from each person??

So I have about 10 people in my office. Would it work to create an individual task list (sheet) for each person and then have a central Smartsheet form to automatically send the tasks or rows to each person's task list?

So far, the only way I can figure out how to do this is the have an individual form for each task list. Then share a webpage with all 10 links on it so people request a task from the right person.

I was hoping I could have one central sheet and one link that people could select the correct person from a dropdown menu. Then setup automation to send the task (row) to the correct person's sheet.

Is this possible?
