Date Fields in Forms

Hi, I'm looking to track to project start dates in a sheet we've built out. When a new project is submitted through the intake form, the user is asked to provide an estimated start and end month for their project. Is there any way to use the "date" type column and just have the user pick a start and end month to display MM/YYYY?

Yes, but you'll need to add two so-called helper columns to show the dates as MM/YYYY.
