New to the Community but not to Smartsheet

Hi all. My name is Jack and I'm new here in the community, but have been using SS for almost a full year now. I'm also the lead Smartsheet sysadmin for the University of Virginia Health System's instance of SS (a role I acquired mostly by accident).

My org uses Smartsheet for a variety of things and our number of users is growing as more and more folks discover what it can do. Current applications include: project tracking & management, capacity planning, IT Governance proposal status, contractor roster lists, budgets, and probably some other items I'm not even aware of! Always looking for new ways to utilize its capabilities and bring more folks onboard.
