Card view has a great ability to work as an Agile format for a subsection of our team, while maintaining the overall picture for the full team. Because Card view maximized the screen real estate, I prefer Card view over Board View. I would like to offer some enhancement opportunities for Card View: (1) ability to create a card w/out scrolling to the bottom of the column to click "+" ; 2) I'd like to add a subtask to a card that does not already have subtasks. You can add subtasks to a parent card which already has subtasks, but not a card that does not. 3) add swim lanes to card view to further separate various tasks, and 4) ability to eliminate columns in the card view from the dropdown that are not wanted. Thanks.

+1 on this. The ability to add swimlanes to group project work either by teams or individual task assignee is a great feature for agile / kanban workflow. Please add this! Esp if the Card or Board views were geared towards agile teams

+1 as well. Please add this feature - not having this features cripples the usefulness of the card view. Some users at our org use a competitive product simply because SS doesn't have this functionality.

I like to be able to have the swimlanes to help with a few things

    1. on the team level separate work by either assignee or project
    2. at the program level i like to be able to see the flow time of features

Some nice additions to this feature would be being able to have lead time collection capabilities (time between states) More advanced flow help could be useful for some teams where workflow requirements can be mandated (you can't reach done until you complete x part of review). Although the most important part is definitely just the ability to get the swimlanes for #1 or #2 above.

Please reach out if any PM would like to discuss :)
