Image import from Excel/Sheets

When importing a spreadsheet from Excel or from Google Sheets, it would be SO helpful to have embedded/pasted images come into the new smartsheet as attached images.

Use example: Users copy/paste screenshots into a Google Sheet being used as a bug tracker, because Google Sheets makes it very easy to do, but then they're lost if we try to import the data.

(Bonus ideas... being able to copy/paste images into a SmartSheet form, and/or being able to sync data between a smartsheet and google sheet so that new rows from a google sheet can be automatically sent over to a smartsheet! )
