Is there an audit trail, activity log, or report that logs automated workflow activities?
I'm looking for a log or report that notates when automated workflow activities occur. For example, I created an automated workflow to send notification emails when certain conditions are triggered in our sheet. I don't necessarily need a read receipt, but was hoping to find where SS might log "message sent". I looked at the Activity Log of our sheet and don't see it there...wasn't sure if there was another place I could look.
