Add license & Upgrade plan tab is not getting opened in smartsheet app.

I am having the same problem when trying to purchase new license. I've tried to log off and back in, on private mode/incognito mode, on different browsers (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox), with and without VPN. None of the attempts were successful. Is there any other 'trick' to try?
