Simple Automation Not Working

Hi Everyone,

I have set up the following automation:

Unfortunately, the automation does not appear to be working:

I've saved the sheet and refreshed the page multiple times. Can someone help me troubleshoot? I have a very similar automation set up on a similar sheet, and it's working just fine.

Happy to help!

I think it is not working because you're editing an already created row, and your Workflow will only trigger for added rows.

Try adding a new row to check if that works as expected.

How are those rows being created? Manually in the sheet, via a form, or automated move or copy from another sheet?

What type of column is the Brand column (text/number, single-select, multi-select, etc.)?

Those rows are being manually created

The Brand column is a single-select column.

When you're testing, are you adding the information to the row that's already created in Smartsheet?

I know it sounds silly, but have you tried deleting this automation and making a new one? I've had it happen, and seen others on here saying the same thing. Sometimes automations just break, and no matter what you do it won't work right again.

It's not a large or complex one, no real effort in deleting it and making a new one. You never know if something went sideways with it behind the scenes.
