Workflows: copying values from one cell to another within the same sheet

Hello! I have a quick question regarding copying and inputting data. I am aware that rows can be moved or copied into other sheets via workflows. However, is it possible to create a workflow automation that copies/replicates data in "Cell A" into "Cell B"?

The column properties of all the cells are set to Text/Number. I have been looking into the change cell value action. Through that action one can set text to be copied into the desired cell. Is there a way to make the copied text dynamic? For my application, I would need data from "Cell A" copied into "Cell B" (both cells will be in the same row). Given as the data changes in varying row I don't need a baseline text to be copied in, but rather a replication of the appropriate cell data.

you should be able to use a simple =CellA formula. When Cell A is updated it will put the same data into Cell B
