Group Sharing Based On Contacts In Sheets

Hello,

My Smartsheet relates to a Program and is shared with everyone who is involved with that program. Who is involved is reported in a program information sheet using a contact list column setting with their job title as the column header.

It would be nice to notify everyone listed on the program information sheet as the contacts change from program to program. I am trying to use the program information sheet as a mail list to attach to automation.
