Date stamp does not trigger when Health changes in cell for a referenced value from another sheet
Hi all,
I've followed the article Set the current date with the Record a Date action | Smartsheet Learning Center and was unable to get a date stamp to populate in a cell when a project's Health changes. Essentially we have a Project Rollup sheet which lists all our projects provisioned via SCC and the health values are referenced.
I understand that at times the automation might not recognize the cell value being changed as it is only the color; in another scenario we noticed if the reference changes that is when it registers as a change.
Here's my automation below using colors as the trigger for change - I've also used "Any Value" with no success.

Hi @summetg
I hope you're well and safe!
Strange! Have you tested it with one color to see if that works?
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

Hi @Andrée Starå - it's very odd, I did finally get it to trigger once and not again. I'm going to do some testing and follow up next week in the thread. I'm hoping to use these triggers to catch dates on multiple columns which are both health colors and text. I find referenced cells tend behave a bit strange...

I was unable to get this to work regularly and have had to book a session with the Prodesk

Hi everyone - still looking for help as support takes forever to respond. Prodesk attempted to help me, but it appears the trigger does not like fire off when the cell value is referenced or a formula.
Any ideas?
