Migration to a new employee

I was able to transfer all owned data from a former employee to a new licensed employee. However, all the notifications that are set up in automations on individual sheets still have the former employee. Is there a way to see a list of all notifications to former employee and mass change them to new employee without having to go sheet by sheet?

Unfortunately not. I believe someone may have already added the suggestion to the Ideas topic here though, so feel free to look for their suggestion and vote on it there (or create it if it hasn't already been).

How do I find the Ideas that have been submitted already?

When I try to go to to Topics, Ideas and Feature Requests and then Smartsheet Feedback & Ideas but I get a message: Sorry, something went wrong....

Thank you for reporting this! I see that same error; we're looking into what's causing the error and I'll update you once the Product Ideas a Feature Requests Category is available again.

In the meantime, you can Search by your keywords and Filter by this Category to check if your idea has been created already.
