Hello! I have set up the following IF formula that triggers actions based on risk category, but it is returning an #Unparseable error. I would appreciate any help anyone can provide. Thanks!

=IF(CATEGORY@row = “Resource”, “Escalate”, “Do not escalate”)

    Hi @PSuazo

I hope you're well and safe!

Try something like this. (I assume you wrote the formula in Word or similar because the "" were slanted)

=IF(CATEGORY@row = "Resource", "Escalate", "Do not escalate")

    Did that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!
