Not getting notification when I share a report
Hi,
I shared a report with my staff member who is in the same organisation.
Enter his email address
Permissions - editor can share
Tick the box - Notify people
Tick the box - CC myself
Then hit share report
Nither he nor myself get the email notification. We both usually get the notification previously.

have you tried verifying the security from your IT team to verify Smartsheet emails are not blocked?
you may also look for your notifications in the junk email folder
